Hello, I am trying to upgrade to the Dedicated SSL Certificate (5$/mo) and I came up with an error:
Error while requesting from certificate service (Code: 1401)
When I try to repeat the operation, I see that this option is grayed out saying that “included in subscription” and my credit card is already charged. However, after that I get these errors again:
Ordering your certificate Failed
We were unable to order your certificate from the Certificate Authority. Please retry the operation or contact support for assistance.

How can I solve this?
