I was able to add payment via mobile.
However, I am not able to force transactions on domains that are about to expire.

This is in the escalation queue, but the billing department probably won’t take a look at this until Monday.

Checking the ticket, I do see that you have successfully updated your payment method at this time. The issue with the captcha not showing correctly has previously been reported and is being worked on by our engineering team at this time.
