What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve gone through and confirmed the relevant records are recorded in my DNS provider.
Even tried removing them and re-adding them.

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Add DNS records to provider (TXT entries)
Select link to complete renewal process from email sent to us.
Tick the ‘I approve this certificate …’ box
Select the ‘Approve Certificate’ button.
