Error when setting up Load Balancing

Hi there,

I can’t seem to set up Load Balancing for my servers. I have enabled Load balancing and purchased the plan. When I try to set up Pools I get this error (which is similar to the forum post link I have at the bottom, but the solution does not work for me).

Internal error creating or modifying pool. Access Failed. Please reach out to Support.: validation failed (Code: 1002)

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

Can you make sure that your origin address, it’s an IP address?
A pool is a group of origin servers, with each origin identified by its IP address or hostname (not both at the same time).

Thanks for your response. I intentionally put in the default IP (in the screenshot) so I do not expose our IP to the public. The issue has been resolved after subscribing to the Pro Plan. I am not sure if that is a prerequisite but that seemed to resolve our issue.

I have the exact same issue and the pro plan didn’t help.
Any ideas?
