Error when I use Cf

I have been use full zone DNS for couple of month. But some how I got error masage like this www.domainname(dot)com/cp_errordocument.shtml (port 443).

If it’s a generic error, that would be a server error. What’s the real domain URL for the request?

The problem has solved. This happen because conflict with imunify360 as my hosting provider said. But now the new problem has came.
Cloudflare not cachng my site. Cache level droped just 0.3%. I am using Litespeed plugin on my wordpress site.
