What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I ready every article in your forums and support documentation there is. None show how to solve this issue. Just a response from a Cloudflare Employee saying if this error still occurs to contact him. But i of course cant contact him since i dont have Cloudflare Buisness
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
Nameservers
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
I have the domain added to a Cloudflare Account i dont have access to anymore. Now when i add this Domain to a new cloudflare Account and then change my Nameservers to the new ones i get a error that there is a routing problem since the Domain is on two accounts. How can i remove the Domain from the old Cloudflare account i donth have access to anymore?
You don’t need to remove the domain from the old account. Simply set the nameservers at your registrar to the 2 allocated Cloudflare nameservers for the new account. The domain will becoming active in the new Cloudflare account and inactive in the old, then deleted from that account after 7 days of being inactive.
Can you show a screenshot of your Cloudflare DNS records? Including the bar at the top with the plan in it, and the nameservers at the bottom.
If you imported those records when adding the domain to the new account then they may have been set to Cloudflare proxy IP addresses, which would cause a 1000 error.
You need to find the IP addresses where Cloudflare proxied records reside and set your new account to use those. Cloudflare isn’t going to give those up by adding a domain to a new account. You will need to contact your hosting provider to get those values.
