Error when changing domain nameservers to Cloudflare

when I try to change domain nameservers as instructed here https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/205195708, I get this mistake

Did somebody have the same issue?

That DNS record does not exist. If you add the required TXT record the type of record should be TXT, the name should be @ and the value should be the TXT value.

Also those instructions are not to change nameservers, but to add a TXT verification record for some Microsoft service. The nameserver records are on Cloudflare and there is no need to change them to Microsoft’s nameservers in most instances.

what am I doing wrong?

I don’t believe you’re making DNS changes to an active zone. That zone is on Cloudflare, but I doubt it is in the account you’re in as the other records in that screenshot point to Cloudflare IP addresses and not origin servers.

On the overview page is your zone Active? If not you should contact the zone owner and have them update the DNS settings.

is this an active zone?
this is my account.

As I understand, my zone is not active. But how can I “contact the zone owner and have them update the DNS settings” if zone owner (if I understand correctly) is Cloudflare? Should I write to the email below?

That zone is already active on Cloudflare under another account. You would want to contact the person who signed it up to have that person make changes. Or if that was you under another email address, log in with that address. Otherwise you would need to update your DNS records in this new account and change your nameservers as indicated.

Thank you
