My certificate expire at Feb 23th, but every time I try to renew it from the weblink sent by Cloudflare e-mail I got this erro:
“An error occurred while attempting to validate your domain. Please try again later or contact support for assistance.”
I have two certificate one for main domain and another to sub one, got the same error for both.
I’ve also add cname as requested, but not worked.
tried to contact support, but they not help: 2714814

When I attempt to dig the CNAME that should be added at your DNS provider I do not get the expected response as detailed in the Cloudflare Dashboard, it therefore appears that the CNAME records are not correctly set up at your DNS provider which appears to have the NS servers of : ns1.dns-parking.com. dns.hostinger.com.
Please verify that the CNAME records have been set up at Hostinger

@rafaelfre let us know once you have changed your nameservers as advised on 2714814. Keep the communication on that ticket as your earlier ticket has been merged into that one. Duplicate tickets slow reply time.

ns2.dns-parking.com and ns1.dns-parking.com
I can not see the dns.hostinger.com part
My account is host at hostinger, I do have SSL certificate from Cloudflare.
