Error: This site can't be reached

I can’t access any “.COM” domain which uses Cloudflare nameservers from Iran. I checked different ISPs and devices, same problem. These domains can be accessed via VPN.
Other TLDs, gTLDs or ccTLDs like “.INFO” or “.io” with Cloudflare nameservers works without VPN. “.COM” is the problem.
As I also checked these domains are not blocked by ISP.

What’s wrong?

There was a partial service outage earlier but most seems to be rerouted now, is it ok for you?
