Hi,
Sorry to make another post with what seems to be a reoccurring issue, but I think I am having the same problem as a few other people who have transferred domains from Shopify to Cloudflare for management. Whenever I visit my domain I get this page:
“There was a problem loading this website. Try refreshing the page.
If the site still doesn’t load, please try again in a few minutes.”
From the other posts I’ve seen, apparently the issue is related to Shopify also using Cloudflare?

Questions:
After using Cloudflare to resolve the domain name to shopify, after canceling the resolution, when resolving to the personal website again, there is an error that cannot be resolved. And the edge certificate is not a Cloudflare certificate, Cloudflare is a one-year certificate, but the web page shows that it is a 3-month certificate,…
Hi,
I am sorry to bring up what now appears to be a locked post, but I am unsure what else to do in this situation. I believe I am suffering the same issue as the OP below - I also had my domain pointed to a shopify trial site, but decided to host manually elsewhere and let the trial lapse.
I have now also opted to use Cloudflare to manage the DNS side of things and everything is all set up, but I get the exact error page displayed by the OP in the post below - the suggestion in this thread is…
I went to Shopify first and they said there was nothing they could do and to contact Cloudflare to resolve this issue.
I opened a ticket with CF and got the number #2504231 , but I don’t have a paid account, so it was marked as resolved.
Can anyone help me with this issue?

There is. They have done it for a few people but their support is very variable and it seems to be luck as to what happens.
This tutorial has a suggestion for using a 3rd party tool to get this resolved in a matter of minutes:
What if I can’t wait for Support?
An unofficial tool has been created by @albert and @matteo that is able to take control of your hostname from the 3rd party provider and then release it to allow you to use Cloudflare yourself or your chosen new provider. If you would like to try this, you can follow the instructions here:
https://liberate-the-hostname.pages.dev/
If you don’t want to try that then let us know and we can escalate your ticket. This will likely take a few days.
