Error submitting support request

I am having issues with intermittent 520 errors on my site, so I tried to submit a support request to Cloudflare. But, when I submit the Cloudflare support form, I get the error below:

API Request Failed: POST /api/v4/accounts/RANDOM_STRING/support/ticket/create (500)

“RANDOM_STRING” is a string of characters, but I wasn’t sure if it was my account number or something sensitive.

I have tried 2 different browsers and I get the same error.

Sorry for the issues @7lbzc8, can you let Support know about the error on your site and the error you received when submitting a ticket? You can email support AT cloudflare DOT com from the email associated with your account. Please share your ticket number here and I’ll make sure it’s in the proper queue.

Thanks, cloonan. I sent it on.

Thank you, I see the ticket. Can you respond to the auto reply you received and indicate you’re still having an issue? Also, the email does need to come from an address associated with your account and if there is a mismatch, Support will not be able to assist you. To that end, I’d not report the 520 errors until you can report the issue from the account associated with the domain as Support will be unable to assist. In the meantime, this tip has some suggestions to make that 520 error go away, Community Tip - Fixing Error 520: Web server is returning an unknown error.

I understand. I’ll try the suggestions on that page and then, if I am still having issues, I’ll change the email address for my account to one I can send emails from. Thanks for your help.

A similar problem, tell me where to write in this case? When creating a request, it writes the API Request Failed: POST / api / v4 / accounts / RANDOM / support / ticket / create (500)
