Error SSL in browser

Hi,

We are pointing our subdomain media.livethelife.tv to our siteground server from Cloudflare.
This one is working ok. ( it’s redirected to another website: livethelife.tv on our server )
It’s not working correctly with www. in front though, then we get the following browser error:

This site can’t provide a secure connection

www.media.livethelife.tv uses an unsupported protocol.
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

Please help, thanks !

My guess is that you have one cert in place, a wildcard for livethelife.tv, which would cover media.livethelife.tv but not www.media.livethelife.tv. Can we get a picture of your Edge Certificate panel?

Being honest, I’m not quite sure how to fix this. My guess is that the easiest way is to order a cert from Cloudflare with custom hostnames:

Thanks for the answer. Here the screenshot of the edge certificate.
I guess you are right, there is only one I guess.
Is there no other way than buying this as it will work out expensive (and we have some other subdomains we would like to cover too… )

I doubt there is a much cheaper way. The good news is that $10/month gets you 50 hostnames… is that not enough to cover your needs?
