Your ticket #3276894 has been escalated to our billing team. Since it is a billing issue, we are not able to assist you on community.

The billing team hasn’t responded once in over 23 days, this is completely unacceptable. We have been charged for a service that we could not cancel and are not using due to an error with Cloudflare and have zero support or contact since raising this issue.

We are now in the process of reporting Cloudflare to the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission for misleading customers and breaching consumer rights.

yes please, we need to raise this bull&%$# of a service to more widely known entities with power!
