I’m trying to enable Load Balancing, and when i try for payment it gives the below error.
status: 500, message: failed calling backend for creating a sub for account ID XXXXXXX: Unable to process payment: Do Not Honor: 05 : DECLINE (Code: 1226)

Hi, i have exactly the same issue with load balancer payment.
Can someone explain to me what happening?
The failed payment was made with Visa credit card.
Hi @cajasistemas, the status page has the details, https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/. The team is performing some maintenance on the subscription service and I suspect that is causing the issue you’re seeing.
Now there is info that the maintanance has been completed, however it still does not work.
Credit card payment with visa card still fail to enable load balancing activation with the same error:
