Error Partial Setup

Hello,

I am trying to do Partial setup my domain www.base53.com with cloudflare but I am getting an error that my domain is already registered to another account, I have never used cloudflare before and never registered my domain. If that is the case then I have no control over it. I have purchased my domain from this account and trying to register my domain to cloudflare from same account.

Can anyone please help me what should I do now? how can I remove my domain from that account where it is registered. Or how can I get an Insight to which account the domain is registered?
