My client porvided me with a domain, and i went through my normal process of coneccting it to my cloudflare account with nameservers change. As ordinary everything is correct from my side afaik. But at the last moment when coneccting to a CMS it gives me a error message that says: “Domain with same name already exists with other account!” i went through troubleshooting all my stuff and spent a couple of hours trying to figure out why. Could it be that their last agency also had cloudflare, and he must remove the domain internally from his side?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Checking through my account for the same domain and in all my sub accounts in GHL. And verifying nameservers, I also. tried to remove all the DNS records and add them again.

I have configured many domains in exactly the same way, except this time an unknown error message appeared that I have no idea how to fix.

Hi there,

This is not a Cloudflare error.
It seems that whichever service you’re trying to add your domain to, already has the same domain configured.
If so, please contact their customer support to figure it out.
