I need help figuring out what is going on with my site. I have this error message and can’t get ahold of support. What have you done to fix this error?
I see your ticket 3034207 was closed, tickets can only be opened via the dashboard for account, billing and registrar issues, not via email.
A 523 error means your DNS settings are probably incorrect. Or, if it was working before with HTTP, but not with HTTPS, then it means your server isn’t configured to use HTTPS/SSL for your website.
