Error Message - Only one of your CNAME records is set up in Active Campaign

Hello Community,
I have setup the DNS Value based on my cloudflare page, but after I recheck the Active Campaign DNS/DKIM Page, an Error Message is prompted = “Only one of your CNAME records is set up”

any idea how to solve it ? , as it is critical that the email will be sent to Spam or Junk Mail box when using Active Campaign

What is the domain and can you show the records you are being asked to set up?

CNAME1: acdkim1._domainkey (Name)
CNAME1: dkim.acdkim1.acems1DOTcom (Value)

CNAME2: acdkim2._domainkey (Name)
CNAME2: dkim.acdkim2.acems2DOTcom (Value)

DOT = .

Ensure those CNAMEs are set to DNS only.

Wil need the domain name to actually check them.

as I input them decently, but active campaign shows the error message after.
