Error Message on Mobile - Cloudflare and Siteground SSL/DNS issue?

  1. I bought domain TheraPay.org from cloudflare

  2. I am hosting my wordpress website on siteground

  3. I am pointing my cloudflare domain to siteground IP address by adding an A Name record on cloudflare, using the IP address provided by siteground

  4. I created an SSL certificate on cloudflare, which I have imported into siteground

  5. THE PROBLEM: On desktop, users experience a secure site experience. On mobile, users visiting the website are given a warning that it is not secure.

  6. SSLshopper.com (an SSL checker) gives me the following error message: “therapay does not resolve to an IP address. Please make sure your DNS records are set up correctly.”

I have tried literally everything over the course of a two week period. Please help!

Chris

What’s the specific warning message you’re seeing? Can you share a screenshot?

And what mobile OS is this? I just tested your site on multiple browsers in Android, but didn’t get any warning message.

You’re checking just therapay instead of your full domain name, therapay.org.

Thank you for the response. Here is the warning sign I am seeing on mobile using chrome and firefox browsers:

You should click that :warning: triangle to get more details about the problem since none of us are seeing it when we visit your site.
