I did not say your SSL is missing 
I asked you to check that your Cloudflare SSL/TLS setting is Full (Strict).

I turned it on, and the site is loading now.
What is “on”? Did you make sure it is Strict, as @GeorgeAppiah advised? If not, you still have no proper encryption.
