Error Is not a registered domain

Hi everyone! I bought the anonymous-chat.ru, and now i want to add this domain to Cloudflare,but when I try to add a domain, I get an error: “anonymous-chat.ru is not a registered domain”
DNS servers are good(information from who.is):

domain:        ANONYMOUS-CHAT.RU
nserver:       ns1.hosting.reg.ru.
nserver:       ns2.hosting.reg.ru.

Actually, even those nameservers do not recognise your domain.
