Error "is not a registered domain" when adding domain

Hello

I’m trying to add a domain, but I get the error “test9367.site is not a registered domain”.

The domain is registered
The domain has nameservers
The domain nameservers resolved
The domain nameservers contains DNS records

I’ve added it to the escalation queue. They might not be able to get to the escalation queue until Tuesday, as Monday is a holiday here.

@user18736 @user93911 do not open multiple tickets with Support, doing so does not help and negatively affects response time for you and everyone else.

Was the site working and secure before you added it to Cloudflare? I am unable to replicate the issue and was able to add it successfully.

Replied on ticket 2350923 but as my colleague mentioned, we were not able to reproduce the issue thus far.

Now same problem with another domain - test7.site … for 4 days already
