Error in site

hello after change from ns record in Cloudflare I see the site

fair-gaming.com is down and said “ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH”

after I reissue the ssl certificate for fix this error or disable/turn on Cloudflare but it not help it.

my hosting provider told me the Cloudflare does not pull the ssl.

hiw I can fix it ?

If you go to SSL/TLS → Edge Certificates in the dashboard, what is the status of your Universal SSL certificate?
