Error ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS - My site is HTTPS and after included on Cloudflare

Hi, my site is allocated to another supplier and on the origin the site is HTTPS.
After included the site on Cloudflare because I need to use rules I can’t reach on my site I have the error ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.

Does it mean that before moving to Cloudflare your Website was working over HTTPS connection? :thinking:
Meaning, you have a valid SSL certificate installed at your origin host/server for your domain name?

You could determine this by:

  1. Use the “Pause Cloudflare on Site” option from the Overview tab for your domain at dash.cloudflare.com .
  2. The link is in the lower right corner of that page.
  3. Give it five minutes to take effect, then make sure site is working as expected with HTTPS.
  4. In case if you experience an SSL error, proceed to step 5)
  5. Check with your hosting provider / cPanel AutoSSL / Let’s Encrypt / ACME / Certbot and renew it
  6. Only then should you un-pause Cloudflare and double-check your SSL/TLS setting to make sure it’s Full (Strict).

May I ask what SSL option have you got selected under the SSL/TLS tab at Cloudflare dashboard for your domain ( Flexible, Full, Full Strict … )?
