Error Enable Email Routing/Google MX records

Hi, I signed up for Google Workspace account, created an email account and added the below MX records from Google. My Cloudflare dashboard says that I need to remove these records to enable email routing. The email is working fine, so I’m wondering what to do. I am a layman at this.
Any help much appreciated.

You can’t have both email routing and another email provider setup for the same domain. You should disable email routing to remove the message.
