Today, I transfer my domain to CloudFlare but I can’t. The system reported the error “Something went wrong” even though I entered all the information.

Note: I have read a similar article, I am in doubt about the phone number format. Upon request, you need to enter the correct format ex: +1.5551231234. I entered +84.973710259 and on the next step, the system still reports payment error.
