@user19546 sorry for the issues. It looks like you were able to add the domain at one point as it shows as deleted in your account.
Same error, I suspect caused by a different problem.
After you were able to successfully add your domain to Cloudflare earlier, did you make any changes to your nameservers at your registrar? They appear to be propagating atm.
I agree, for a moment I tried to add directly with you, but it does not add from Byethost. Problems started a few days ago from the error 1016 on another domain, it was a suggestion that I would remove it from Cloudflare and try to add again, unfortunately it ends with a mistake “CLOUDFLARE ERROR : An unknown CloudFlare error has occurred during zone authorization and has been logged. The domain was registered a year ago. I have a second domain also on eu.org and is in Cloudflare, there is only a second error on it. The second domain worked without problems probably to Tuesday. Domains are on two different servers in Byethost, so this is not a problem with the server.

I wanted to add a domain because of HTTPS, my hosting does not provide free certificates 
WRT the above ticket and the not a registered domain issue, were you able to contact your registrar and ask why why there are not any nameservers responding? Let us know here or on your ticket @user19546.
I moved the domain to another server (from byethost17 to byethost7), we wanted to check if there are the same problems.

Is it possible that something from DNS on Byethost is wrong?

If you have a functioning site and consistent DNS records, it shouldn’t matter.
