Error DNS Records

Hello!

I try to activate a subdomain but the provider keeps giving an error message. I have to delete AAAA records but i cannot find the records in my DNS settings in Cloudflare.

Hi! Thanks for you reply. I cannot find it.

The error message i receive from the provider is:

Your DNS settings are not correct.
The following AAAA records seem to point to the wrong IP address and will cause problems. Please remove these, we currently only support A records.
AAAA 2a06:98c1:3120::
AAAA 2a06:98c1:3121::

But these AAAA records i cannot find in my DNS records overview inside of Cloudflare

Those are Cloudflare proxy IPs. Set the record that you are trying to activate to :grey: DNS Only. Once it activates at your provider, you can see if it continues to work when set to :orange: Proxied.
