Error deleting access group

Hi!

I have a question about Cloudflare teams and access_groups. I can create self_hosted apps and assign policies directly (works really fine), but when I try to use access groups after I can’t delete them.

I get this message:

Error: error deleting Access Group for ID “XXXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXX”: HTTP status 400: access.api.error.group_in_use (11022)

I tried deleting all applications and policies, but I can’t delete groups. Exist any method to know what application is using this access group?

I am using terraform with Cloudflare provider 3.7.0
