I’m having problems with the connections with the tpv and nose if the cause can be the Cloudflare, since I do not have many more options of the cause. Can someone help me?

The problem that I have explained in more detail is:
When a customer makes a purchase with a debit or credit card, he makes a call to the bank to verify if the data is correct and charge the customer for the purchase he has just made.
The problem is when the bank tries to contact the web to tell you that everything went correctly, the bank receives a connection error and can not notify that everything went correctly. The error it gives you is a 404.
