Out of nowhere, I got error code 1001 on my website. I never heard of Cloudflare before this error code.
So I watched a video that recommended getting a new Cloudflare account and changing the 2 DNS nameservers from my host to something cloudflare related. I did, and it briefly worked so I could see my website. But several key things were broken.
Then a couple hours later, I got error code 1000. So I watched another video that recommended deleting my A domainname.com and CNAME www.domainname.com, and replacing those IP addresses with the IP found on my host provider. I did that, and I can see the website again, but that stuff remains broken.
From what I’ve noticed so far:
a) my videos no longer appear
b) my hamburger menu icon can no longer be clicked
c) my image carousel is frozen on the first image and the original formatting has changed. It no longer autoplays or shows next slide arrows or dots.
What in the world is going on? Why and where did Cloudflare even show up in this whole process? Please help!
