Error code when ordering SSL Certificate

Hi,

I’m trying to order a certificate and receiving the following error:

You do not have sufficient entitlements to order the Dedicated Certificate. Please contact your Customer Success Manager or Cloudflare Support. (Code: 1413)

Can’t find anything in the Help Center - any ideas?

Will raise a support ticket too.

I suppose you’re an enterprise customer? This error probably only happens for Enterprise customers who have delegated a lower permission level to your account, one that doesn’t have permission to issue certificates.
