You best pause Cloudflare and make sure that your site loads fine on HTTPS without Cloudflare, then it should also work on Cloudflare.

And what should be the expected behaviour? note that www.dooiu.com is working fine, I just get the time out when I don’t use www

That the site is loading.

Should I add an A record when pausing cloudflare? if so, what’s the ip, I can’t find it

You need to clarify this with your host I am afraid. Either the same address as www or whatever else that works.

godaddy told me that everything is fine on their end… So this is what I did. I created a page using workers. I used custom domain. It created a cname and pointed it to the right address. I created another cname for @ and pointed it to the right address. I deleted the A record that I had pointing to canvas IP.

Results:

The page is working fine for the www subdomain.
The page is havving a time out for dooiu.com without the www

Any other idea?

I also checked in DNS checker and realize that the cname are not propagating

You still haven’t paused Cloudflare.

Again, you need to do this and then verify your setup. Cloudflare is not involved here.

Ok, now I paused it

Your site is not configured for your host, but for Cloudflare Pages. And here you seemingly only configured www on Cloudflare, but not the naked domain. You need to do the latter as well or use the redirect as shown at Tutorials.

So I paused it, and the issue persists, I still get the same error… (I appreciate your time btw, thanks)

You need to fix the Pages setup, if you want to use Pages.

Thank you so much! It solved. I needed to add the naked domain to custom domain in cloudflare pages.
