Error Code 522 on

We already have a website on Cloudflare but our IT guy left the company with those details now we are facing some issues when we create a new Cloudflare account and point our domain nameservers to Cloudflare getting error as Errorcode 522. Any way to revert to the original settings or make the new settings work with the new account.
