Error (Code: 1323) Yet all invoices are PAID!

I was adding a new domain to my account, but I am unable to add it because it says I have unpaid invoices. Yet according to my billing dashboard, ALL MY INVOICES HAVE BEEN PAID.

Unable to continue. What should I do?

If you need to resolve that urgently, create a billing ticket and share the ticket number here. Otherwise as per that status post, they are working to resolve the issue and will launch an automated cleanup process to resolve wrongly marked accounts.
