Error Code: 1255


My credit card expired, and I have updated the new card details for payments successfully.

I still get the below error message and I unable to access my streaming platform:

“Pay your outstanding balance in Billing > Invoices. You may not purchase additional services until the outstanding balance on your account has been paid. (Code: 1255)”

Could someone kindly advise how this can be solved?
