What is the issue you’re encountering

I bought a domain from go daddy on Monday and tried to switch it over to Kajabi and now the domain shows the 1014 error code. I talked to go daddy already and they said everything is fine on their end and to reach out here.

The service behind the sub-domain which you’re using seems to be on a Cloudflare network, or already using Cloudflare, therefrom you should be able to use unproxied (DNS-only) for that particular CNAME sub-domain.

Does switching from the to the (DNS-only) change anything?
