Error Code 10002

Hello, when trying to access the stream resource, it consistently throws up a “ Authorization Failure: The authentication credentials are A not authorized to perform the request. Verify the credentials and try again. (Code: 10002)” Both members on my account have full access and this should not be an issue. I’ve looked at community forums and it seems other people have had this issue too. Is there anything I can do? Thanks.

Hello,

We have noticed that your domain is on pending status. Could you kindly update your nameserver in your Registrar ?

In order to use Stream services, the zone should be activated.

After activating the zone, and you still encounter the same issue, please raise a ticket and provide us the ticket number

Thank you

Stream is an account level product that has no reliance on zones or their states.

We are having the same issue, I only want to use Cloudflare Stream, not the domain registration services.

Hello,

If you don’t require activating the zone, we can proceed to add a subscription to the account.
But we would need to work on this through ticket.

Can you create a ticket and provide me the ticket number, so I can proceed resolve this for you?

Thank you

Regards

@hkrishnan we have the same issue. We have a business account which we did on promise of immediate support but then are told only will be solved within 3 days via email after making the case.

There was a “live chat” option that launched a modal and then redirected to nowhere.

Please look into Case ID 01065795 thank you

Same here. Getting this error:
Authorization Failure: The authentication credentials are not authorized to perform the request. Verify the credentials and try again. (Code: 10002)

We are also on the Business plan and are getting the same error. Authorization Failure: The authentication credentials are not authorized to perform the request. Verify the credentials and try again. (Code: 10002)

Good evening folks,

Taylor Smith here, Stream PM. Thank you for these reports. I have reached out to everyone in this thread individually by the email address associated with your Cloudflare user.

For anyone else who finds this: If you have a Stream or Media Bundle subscription, you don’t need to do anything with DNS/zones/nameservers — you should have access. In order to use the included 100 minute allocation provided with a Pro or Biz plan, you must activate the zone by setting your nameservers to Cloudflare. Completing that step should provide you access.

You’ll see this at the top of the details for the website/zone in Dash:

If your domain shows as active but you continue to receive error messages opening Stream, please comment here and I will investigate your case.

Apologies for this issue, we’ll get to the bottom of it. Thank you for building on Stream!
TSmith
