Error Code: 10000, and multiple 403 on dashboard pages

What is the name of the domain?

What is the error number?

10000

What is the error message?

Authentication Error

What is the issue you’re encountering

Not able to use worker dashboard, mainly limited to setting env values for pages and accessing settings.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Tried different browsers, and desktops, still facing the same issue.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I recently enabled 2FA, could be because of that. But, after that I am not able to change any setting for the worker.

Sorry for the issues @sshivaditya can you clear cache and try again? I took steps to correct, just not sure if they will be effective or not. Please let us know.

I tried again on multiple browsers and computers, but I’m still getting the same issue—an “Authentication Error” with error code 10000. I tried editing the worker page secrets, but I’m encountering this error. This is happening on other accounts as well, even when I’m an admin. What you did fixed the issue on my personal account.

Perfect. Sorry you’re getting issues on other accounts, let’s fix those as well.

Can you share the name of one site in each of those other accounts? If not here, let me know and I will kick off a private discussion to collect those details.

Could you start a private discussion, would be better to share the details over there?
