Error Cloudflare API unreachable

Hi,

I’m getting error while connecting cloudflare API via Plesk control panel.

The error I’m getting is:

Error Cloudflare API unreachable

Please help to resolve the issue.

If your objective is to set up Cloudflare via the easiest route, you may want to register the zone/domain directly on Cloudflare.

Login to your Cloudflare dashboard and re-add the website. After that, contact your registrar and ask then to change the nameservers to the assigned Cloudflare nameservers.

Thanks for your response. I’ve already added the domain to the cloudflare besides the domain I’ve enabled sub-domain in cloudflare and its working fine.

Now I am try to add a new sub-domain under the same domain. As I am using Plesk, while trying to active the sub-domain via plesk panel, I’m getting above error.

Failed to connect CloudFlare through ServerShield (plesk extension). Getting below error:
