Error adding payment method

What is the name of the domain?

What is the error message?

Account does not have payment method set up

What is the issue you’re encountering

I can’t add any payment method, be it card or PayPal.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I tried both available methods, card and paypal. I also tried using a macbook and an iphone.

If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.

What I’ve noticed is that it’s a recurring error and “support” takes a long time to resolve it, leaving us without feedback and with difficulties.
