You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until all invoices are paid. Download each “Unpaid” invoice on your Billing page and click the “Pay online” link within each invoice to fix your account (Code: 1323)
It’s a new account, with a free option, I don’t know why it won’t let me add the site, I don’t have anything to pay, when I try to add the domain I get that error, every time I try.
It always tells me that I have to pay, I specify that the account is new, the plan is free, I can’t add it, it always gives me that error 1323, I don’t have any more sites added, the account is empty.
