Error adding a site "subject to a hold"

Hello, i’m trying to add my domain easyfly.com.co to Cloudflare but keeps giving me the following error

The zone name provided is subject to a hold which disallows the creation of this zone. Please contact the domain owner to have this hold removed.

Any ideas? (The domain was added to another account before but its not active anymore in that account)

I suspect that’s related to CF’s new feature:
Zone holds · Cloudflare Fundamentals docs.

Though not active, yet you are required to remove that hold, I guess to fix the issue. Check the above doc.

i cannot remove zone hold because the domain not appears in my account

You will need to involve the party who has the domain hold active in their account.
