Hi, i encounter error that i’m not allowed to create new zone. and i have been send email to didn’t get any reply.

Did you receive any instructions along with the message about not being permitted to create a new zone? What were the instructions? Have you followed them?

that why i came here ask for help
i have been receive an email that said you were actively and intentionally engaged in using our platform in a way that violated our Terms of Service.
i’m still Confused which term i have violated.
can you help me what should i do now ？
The Community cannot provide assistance with Trust and Safety issues. You need to direct any questions in the manner provided in the notification email.
yes, i have reply through email, seems that need wait few day to wait they reply on email.
