I am uploading images to a new Cloudflare account for a build via the API and a valid image url. The response is 200 but the image does not load correctly in the CF dashboard or in a browser. The Cloudflare error is: ERROR 9523: Internal error

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have tested the same API call and process to another Cloudflare account and it works perfectly.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Set up a new CF account to use with images. Create a valid token. Create a post request via the CF API documentation to test an image upload via a valid publicly available url.

Hey @Cloudflare Team, what is going on with Images? It seems completely down for numerous users. We can’t upload an image using any method, even directly in the dashboard. It is a new account for a build we are working on for a customer so perhaps it is a permissions issue? Just let us all know you are looking at so we can get on with business or select an alternative.
