I tried onerror=redirect but still no work

I’m experiencing a critical issue with the Image Transformation service too that has rendered all images on our website unavailable for approximately 3 hours now. We’re using Cloudflare’s image resizing functionality with URLs in the format:

https://example.com/cdn-cgi/image/width=1200,height=800,fit=cover,format=webp/folder/image.jpg

However, all image requests are failing with the following error:

ERROR 9523: Internal error. This isn't supposed to happen, please reach out to customer support with error id: 10f6214b-027c-4325-8960-f0ff0c61508c

This is causing significant business impact as our entire website is missing images. Due to the urgency of the situation, we’ve been forced to migrate to an alternative CDN provider temporarily.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance with the following:

  1. What caused this error?
  2. Is this likely to recur if we switch back to Cloudflare?
  3. What preventative measures can be implemented to avoid similar issues in the future?
  4. Is there any documentation or best practices for implementing redundancy for image delivery?
