Error 5xx log page admin

Cloudflare block some new actions on our website like timeout or SSL error and the customer has an error 5xx page. I would like to follow these errors 5xx that cloudflare print. Is there a log in Cloudflare admin where i can have that?

Before moving to Cloudflare, was your Website working over HTTPS connection?
If so, did you had an valid SSL certificate installed at your origin host / server which covers both your naked (root) domain any any other needed sub-domain like www, mail, etc.?

May I ask what SSL option have you got selected under the SSL/TLS tab at Cloudflare dashboard for your domain ( Flexible, Full, Full Strict … )?

Here is a way to re-check if you correctly setup the SSL for your domain with Cloudflare:

If any other issues appear, follow the needed steps for troubleshooting from article below:

Regarding available SSL options at Cloudflare dashboard, check here:

In case you do not have an SSL certificate, you can use Cloudflare SSL, if so, kindly make sure you follow the instructions as follows on the below article to setup an SSL certificate using Cloudflare Origin CA Certificate:

Last but not least, kindly have a look here for more information regarding correct SSL settings:

Furthermore, kindly re-check if Cloudflare is allowed to connect to your origin host to as follows in the below article:

Nevertheless, Cloudflare IP addresses list can be found here:

May I ask to be more specific which 5xx error? 504, 520, 522, 524, 525, etc.? See below link and article:

I know only for the Account Audit log and Firewall Events log (at least for Free Plan).

Yes, you can find error analytics to do so follow these steps.

  • Navigate to the Cloudflare support portal. Refer to instructions about filing a support ticket for information on how to reach the support portal.
  • Scroll down to the Error Analytics section.
  • Click Visit Error Analytics .
  • Enter the domain to investigate.
  • A graph of Errors over time is displayed.
  • Click on a status code in the table beneath the graph to expand traffic error details.
