You need to switch back to Cloudflare and post the domain if you need further help. Preferably you also post the origin’s IP address. If that is not possible your only option is to contact support.

The certificate on the origin web server had really expired 'cause for some reason it had not been renewed. I manually renewed it’s problem solved.
