Error 525 ssl handshake (localised)

Hi, over the past 24-48 hours we’ve been getting reports of Error 525 from some of our users. We’ve not been able to replicate this but have had the users send in screenshots. It reports our server (the Host) as where the Error is, but we can’t understand how this can be the case when it seems to be working elsewhere. In each screenshot it is the “Miami” Cloudflare location the traffic is going through. The following Ray ID’s are shown:

You have multiple servers behind a LB? Are CF IPs whitelisted on all of them?
