i changed it “FULL” to “FLEXIBLE” but it’s still showing “This Site Can’t Be Reached” notice in by browser.

Flexible isn’t a good idea. *removed the installing certificate guide as your certificate is valid. Just the guide below and be sure to enable Full Strict
